Chuck’s Dairy Bar was a staple of the Misssissippi Delta town of Rolling Fork. I stopped by in 2020 but this year, a tornado devastated the town, destroying the restaurant. The owner survived by seeking cover in the fridge. Today, they’re still serving the community out of a food truck as they rebuild.
